Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Have Fun! mobile application ("App") operated by PresentDay Collective ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Have Fun!. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, impersonate any person, or use Have Fun! for any illegal purpose.

3. What Have Fun! Is

Have Fun! is a lightweight social coordination app. It lets you post activities you're already planning — a workout, a coffee run, a hike — and lets friends join if they want. It is not an event management platform and is not intended for commercial events, public gatherings, or activities open to strangers.

Have Fun! is designed for personal use between people who know each other. You are responsible for using it appropriately and safely.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Have Fun! to:

• Post activities that are illegal, dangerous, or harmful to others
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
